After getting your report, we encourage you to share it with your realtor who can help you negotiate repairs with the seller.

Most contractors only specialize in 1 area which means they cannot give you a complete picture of your home. Additionally, contractors don’t have experience inspecting homes and are incentivized to exaggerate on what they find because they want to make the scope of work as large as possible to maximize the size of the job.

Typically, home inspections take 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on the size of the home and any extra services which are requested.

The state of Oklahoma requires a 90 hour class; however, our inspectors have hundreds of hours of specialized training above the state requirement and do over 100 training & supervised inspections before working independently. We also have 2 inspectors with engineering degrees.
