How long does a home inspection take?
A typical single-family home takes roughly 2 to 3 hours. Larger or older homes, crawl spaces, outbuildings and add-on services add time.
Can I be present for my inspection?
Yes, and please do. Walking the house with your inspector tells you far more than the report alone.
Can a home fail a home inspection?
No. An inspection is not pass or fail. It reports the condition of the home, whatever that condition is.
When will I get my inspection report?
Your full report, with photos and clear notes on anything we found, is delivered within 24 hours of the inspection so you can move forward quickly.
How far will your team travel for an inspection?
