Wade Svetgoff started the company in 2019 after a decade of inspecting buildings across the country, and it has grown into a small team with a dedicated office staff to answer your questions.
Norman is a university town. Around the OU campus there are older homes, many of them rentals or investment properties, and farther out there are newer neighborhoods on both sides of I-35. We inspect for buyers, sellers and investors alike.
