Home inspections in Tri-Cities Area

No Place Like Home Inspections is based in Mustang, OK. The Tri-Cities area is part of our regular service area. Wade Svetgoff started the company in 2019 after a decade of inspecting buildings across the country, and it has grown into a small team with a dedicated office staff to answer your questions.

This part of the metro has a mix of small-town neighborhoods, new subdivisions and homes on acreage. Many properties here have wells, septic systems and outbuildings in addition to the house itself.

Frequently asked

Questions from Tri-Cities Area buyers

Can you inspect a well and septic system?

Yes. We check water pressure and volume, test the water for E. coli and total coliform bacteria, evaluate the well equipment, and run water for an hour to check the septic system. We do not inspect the inside of septic tanks.

Can you inspect a shop or barn on the property?

Yes. Shops, barns, mother-in-law apartments and other buildings on the property can be inspected for an additional fee.

How much does a home inspection in Tri-Cities Area cost?

Most home inspections cost $300 to $500, depending on the home’s size, age and foundation type, plus any add-on services. Call or text (405) 696-0888 and we can give you a quote, or request one online.

How long does a home inspection take?

A typical single-family home takes roughly 2 to 3 hours. Larger or older homes, crawl spaces, outbuildings and add-on services add time.

Can I be there for the inspection?

Yes, and please do. Walking the house with your inspector tells you far more than the report alone.

When do I get the report?

Your full report, with photos, is delivered within 24 hours of the inspection. It reads as well on a phone as on a laptop.
