While mold is something that exists naturally, it can cause significant health hazards inside the home.
Individuals who are susceptible to allergies, respiratory issues, and other health issues are more prone to suffering damaging health effects.
Mold is an indicator of water damage and gets worse over time; testing mold is important to keep everyone healthy.
There are two ways to test for mold:
- Swab Sample – this is where we take a physical sample of what looks like mold and take it to a lab for testing
- Air Quality Test – we test the air in the home and check for mold spores to see if there is mold behind the walls or other places we cannot physically see.
