Yes. No home is perfect, especially new builds. An inspection tells you the current condition of the house and gives you and your realtor something concrete to work with before closing.
Can you inspect a well and septic system?
Yes. We check water pressure and volume, test the water for E. coli and total coliform bacteria, evaluate the well equipment, and run water for an hour to check the septic system. We do not inspect the inside of septic tanks.
